What you can do with Antidote

Conversations worth a thoughtful reply

Conversations finds public discussions your business could usefully join and drafts replies in your voice. You get a starting point to edit, copy and post yourself from your own account.

From a conversation to a reply you review.

Open a selected conversation, review the suggested reply, then copy it and post it yourself.

What you get

See public discussions grouped by day, with a reason each might matter to your business. Open the original thread to read the context and comments. Antidote suggests a reply you can edit or shorten. If the discussion is irrelevant, choose “Not for us” and leave it alone.

Posting your reply

Read the answer as someone in the discussion would. Remove assumptions and check that your experience helps answer the question. “Copy reply and open post” takes you to the original network, where you post from your own account. Afterwards, “I posted it” records your confirmation in the app.

Which discussions you can see

Reddit, X and LinkedIn listening depend on the connections available to your business. Ask the team which networks are ready, especially LinkedIn. Open the original post for its full comments. We never send conversation replies for you, and your confirmation in the app cannot tell us how readers received them.
