The accounts Antidote connects

Antidote and Google Search Console

The Search Console connection reads how your website appears in Google search. You get query and page reports to help choose which titles, answers or pages deserve a closer look.

What it reads

Search Console reports on search performance for the website you connect. Antidote reads queries and pages, compares periods and looks for patterns worth checking, such as pages seen often but rarely clicked. It can suggest a title or content question to investigate. This connection reads reports; it does not publish content.

Setting it up

Identify the Search Console site that belongs to your business. The team adds the required read access and checks the connection under Settings › Connected. If access is missing, the report returns an error. Ask us to fix the access before interpreting an empty report as a lack of search activity.

  1. Identify your Search Console site.
  2. We add read access and check the connection.
  3. Read the report with its queries, pages and dates.
  4. Choose a specific page or question to investigate.

Reading the report

Look at the query, page and dates together. A change in average position or clicks can suggest work to inspect, but rewriting a title cannot guarantee visits. This connection does not submit every new URL or guarantee indexing. Use Analytics separately to see what people do after reaching your website.
