What you can do with Antidote

Local presence: keep up with posts and reviews.

Local presence brings Google Business posts, review replies and profile checks together. You get content for your location and a view of available ratings, review rate, photos and nearby competitors. Your manager confirms the branch details and agrees which reviews can receive automatic thanks and which need a person.

Reply under agreed rules

The Reviews Dot reads reviews from connected services and applies your agreed policy. Eligible positive reviews can receive automatic thanks; other replies come to a person. Choose those rules separately from content approval. A general preference for reviewing posts does not mean every review reply waits for a tap.

Publish to the right profile

Google Business posts need current services, location details and suitable images. Each location needs its own connection. Check account access with the team, then read the text and media together. After publishing, open the public update and check its status. Approval alone cannot tell you whether a post appeared successfully.

Read the local check

Local checks gather available ratings, review counts, review rate and photo information, with nearby competitors and sampled Maps results. Scheduled refreshes can fail or return incomplete details. Open the actual profile when something is missing. Keep the search query and place in view; a score cannot guarantee local pack placement.

Common questions

Can we choose the reply rules?

Yes. Agree which eligible reviews can receive automatic replies and which need a person with the team.

Can we see how often reviews arrive?

Local checks can collect review rate as well as ratings and counts. Check the dates before comparing results.

Do photo counts include photo management?

No. Counts show available profile information. Ask the team which photo actions are available for your account.
