What you can do with Antidote

Approve before posting

Approval lets you read a blog, social post or carousel and decide whether it is ready to publish. You check the wording, images and account together before giving the go-ahead.

Before you approve

Read the full piece, including the caption, images and links. Check that it belongs on the account shown and that the contact route is right. For a blog, read the article as well as its title. You can reject unsuitable work; rejected drafts are discarded rather than published.

Choose your approval rule

Anything you ask for in the app waits for your approval. For the regular schedule, agree with the Antidote team whether each draft waits for you or we publish on your behalf. Review replies follow the policy you agree separately. Conversation replies are always copied and posted by you.

After you give the go-ahead

Approval gives permission to publish, but a post can still fail because of an account or content problem. Check its status and public link. Changed social wording can need a fresh decision. Tell the team if something looks wrong, because work already being published cannot be recalled through the approval step.

Common questions

Can I reject a draft?

Yes. Reject a piece if it should not be published.

Does approval mean the post is live?

No. Check the publication status and live link; a publishing error can still need attention.

Can I change how regular work is approved?

Yes. Agree with the team whether each regular draft waits for you or we publish on your behalf. Anything you ask for in the app always waits for your approval.
