Antidote sends visual social work to the Instagram account connected for your business. It checks the account and the media requirements before sending the post. You need suitable images as well as words. Having a photograph available is not enough; your business must also have permission to use it.
Name the Instagram account you want to use and who controls access. The team connects it and checks that it belongs to your business. You can see the social connection in Settings. Ask which specific account is ready, since a general connection label does not tell you everything about each network.
Read the image and caption together, including faces, private details and the next step you ask the reader to take. App requests wait for your approval; regular pieces follow your agreed rule. Access or media problems can still block a post. This connection does not manage your inbox or send automatic comment replies.
