The accounts Antidote connects

Antidote and Google Business Profile

The Google Business Profile connection lets Antidote read location information, publish posts and handle review replies. You get work for the right branch, using the access and reply rules agreed with the team.

What it does

The connection reads available profile and review details and allows Google Business posts and replies where your business is eligible. Each branch needs its own connection. The team checks the account access and actions available for that location, so work goes to the place your customers actually visit or contact.

Setting it up

Tell the team which existing profile to use and who controls it. Confirm its location, services and website link. Agree how review replies should be handled, separately from your posts. Read proposed updates against your own website so a customer sees matching contact details and claims in both places.

  1. Identify the eligible profile and exact location.
  2. We confirm access and the actions available.
  3. Agree your post and review reply rules.
  4. Check the update or reply on the correct public profile.

What needs a separate check

A post does not update every profile field. Check official hours, category and address separately. Hotels have different features, and individual vacation homes are not eligible simply because they take bookings. We cannot guarantee verification, removal of negative reviews or a particular Maps position through this connection.

Common questions

Can we connect several branches?

Yes. Each location needs its own connection and an account check with the team.

Will a post change our opening hours?

No. Official hours are separate profile details that need their own check.

Does every review reply wait for us?

Replies follow the policy you agree with the team. Confirm which need your review and which can run automatically.
