A reception introduction explains help with bookings, directions and finding approved patient information. You provide the team photograph and confirm how staff may be named. Captions leave out private patient messages and clinical records, and direct personal skin questions to private contact rather than asking for photographs in comments. Publishing is available to connected Facebook and Instagram accounts, and LinkedIn after account access is confirmed.
Have staff agreed to be pictured and named in this way? Are screens, lists and badges free of patient details? Your clinic lead verifies each role and the correct account, and asks the dermatologist to check that reception’s work is not presented as clinical advice or expertise.
It won’t assess a skin photograph in comments or invite people to disclose their medical history publicly. A staff introduction cannot replace a consultation. Publication needs a connected social account as well as permission for the team image, including any information visible behind the people pictured.
