Antidote drafts dental social captions and carousels from your reception information, practice voice and photographs you have permission to use. Your practice manager reads each draft and approves it before it goes out, or agrees a different rule with us for routine pieces.
You get captions that explain how to call reception, find the entrance or bring questions to a first appointment. A carousel can give each step its own panel. Drafts use your branch’s photographs and contact details, leaving out patient histories, appointment screens and private information visible in the background. Publishing is available to connected Facebook and Instagram accounts, and LinkedIn after account access is confirmed.
Do the photograph and caption show the same practice? Is the number or booking link current? Could a patient, record or screen be identified in the picture? Your practice manager checks these details with reception, while the dentist reads any wording about treatment, fees or care.
It won’t assess someone’s teeth in comments or turn a reception introduction into a promise about treatment results. Patient questions about care need a private route. It cannot post to an account your practice has not connected and permitted, even if the caption is ready.
Anything you ask for in the app waits for your approval. For the regular schedule you choose with the Antidote team: each draft waits for you, or we publish on your behalf. You can change this later.
Yes, if your practice has permission for that use and checks the background. The caption can explain booking steps without inviting people to share their dental history in comments.
Posts can go to connected Facebook and Instagram accounts. LinkedIn publishing needs confirmed account access; replies to conversations are drafted for you to copy and post yourself.
