Google Business Profile posts for dental clinics

Antidote drafts Google Business Profile updates about your dental practice’s reception information, appointment enquiries and branch contact details. Your practice manager reads each draft and approves it before it goes out, or agrees a different rule with us for routine pieces.

What you get

An update can point visitors to reception hours, entrance information or the right page for appointment questions. Each eligible practice profile must be connected separately. Drafts use the branch details you supply and omit patient information, so an update for one practice does not send someone to another.

What your practice manager checks

Is this about reception opening, appointment availability or a particular date? Has reception confirmed the wording? Does the link reach the named practice? Your practice manager checks the official profile hours separately and asks the dentist to review any sentence that describes a treatment or its suitability.

What it won’t do

It won’t change the official opening hours ssuggest by publishing an update. A Google post cannot reserve an appointment or show that a treatment is available. Updates can only go to eligible profiles your practice has connected and permitted, with the right location selected.

Common questions

Who approves updates for our profile?

Anything you ask for in the app waits for your approval. For the regular schedule you choose with the Antidote team: each draft waits for you, or we publish on your behalf. You can change this later.

Does an opening update change our Google hours?

No. The post and the official hours are separate. Your practice checks the hours field as well as any date or reception information in the draft.

Can separate locations have their own posts?

Yes, for eligible Google Business Profiles, with each location connected separately. Your team supplies and checks the details for the particular branch or studio.
