Marketing for your kind of business

Marketing for med spas

Antidote drafts blogs, social posts and review replies from your med spa’s services, voice and current details. Your studio manager reads the drafts and approves them, or agrees a different rule with us for routine work.

The problem

People ask about consultations in messages because the service menu and social feed leave too much unexplained. A photograph of the room looks inviting, but the caption says little about how to enquire. Reviews about communication await a response while your team answers the same booking questions privately.

Why it happens

Your studio manager is balancing reception, bookings and the treatment room. The practitioner who can check suitability wording has little writing time. Photographs need permission for their intended use, and an attractive caption can still contain an effect or recovery claim that nobody has checked yet.

What we do

We prepare service-menu articles, consultation posts and room introductions using your own information and approved photographs. Your responsible practitioner checks suitability and effects; the manager checks contact details and image permissions. We leave out invented comparisons, offers and recovery periods. Anything you ask for in the app waits for your approval; regular posts follow the approval rule you agree with us. Google review replies follow the policy you choose with us. The week above is an invented example of how that might look. We agree the real plan with you.

A sample week to discuss
Part of the workWhat to consider
Monday · BlogQuestions before a consultation. Explain the information route without recommending a procedure.
Tuesday · InstagramThe consultation room. Use an approved room photograph, without implying treatment outcomes.
Thursday · Google postHow to ask about services. Link to the current menu and explain how to contact the studio.
Friday · Review replyFeedback on a consultation. Acknowledge communication without confirming a procedure or appointment.

What changes

The manager has actual captions and consultation explanations to review instead of a list of ideas. Published posts can be checked against the current menu, and the morning brief keeps review replies visible alongside other work. That gives you a clearer account of activity; it cannot guarantee appointments, rankings or AI mentions.

Common questions

Can we feature before and after pictures?

Only supply images you have permission to use and ask the responsible practitioner to review the full context. Antidote does not create evidence of a result.

Who approves treatment wording?

The practitioner responsible for that service checks claims, professional titles and any suitability statements before the manager approves publication.

Will drafts create special offers?

Give the team actual offer terms if you have them. A calendar gap is not permission to invent a promotion or urgency.
